OptiServe is founder led. When you reach out, you’re talking to the person building and supporting your system. As we grow, I may bring in help, but I’ll always be upfront about it.

I’m Luis, the founder of OptiServe.

OptiServe started when I was working for a small tree service business. One thing I noticed right away was how much time the owner spent dealing with calls. He had a secretary, but he still had to answer a lot of calls himself. Customers wanted quick answers, pricing questions, scheduling changes, job details, and even questions on what equipment we use on the job. It always ended up coming back to our owner, or even our Forman at times, and honestly, it made me think: as a business owner, you should be able to spend more time running the business, not constantly answering the phone. I thought to myself, if i was running a business where missing a call could easily lose a customer, then i would love to find a way where i can keep my business easier to manage, and have time to focus on other aspects of the business.

I built OptiServe because I watched a business owner still stuck answering calls even with help when he should’ve had more time to run his business.
